Accommodation

A block of single and double rooms has been reserved at the following hotels.

• Hotel Raffaello. Indicative rates are € 65 on a double occupancy basis per person and per day and € 100 on a single occupancy basis per day, with breakfast included. To reserve a room please send email to the hotel and mention the conference. We advise that you book as early as possible, and however not later than 10 June 2009, as the number of rooms is limited.

• Hotel Corolle. Indicative rates are € 47,50 on a double occupancy basis per person and per day and € 74 on a single occupancy basis per day, with breakfast included. To reserve a room please send email to the hotel and mention the conference. We advise that you book as early as possible, and however not later than 10 June 2009 (please note the new date), as the number of rooms is limited (about 8 rooms are still available).

We have also reserved a limited number of rooms in a guest house and in a  student house.  In this case we ask people to make reservation to us, by sending an e-mail to Luca Ferrari or Antonio Bernini.

• Student House "P. Calamandrei", viale Morgagni 51. Prices are the following: € 20 on a double occupancy basis per person per day and € 30 on a single occupancy basis per day. Undergraduate students can share a double room at the reduced rate of € 10 per person per day. Each room has its own bathroom. Notice however that breakfast is not included. At present, all rooms available have been booked. We will try to get some more rooms, but it is quite an hard task. If anyone who has already reserved a room in this student house is willing to share his room with somebody else, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Guest House "Monache Benedettine di Santa Marta", via di Santa Marta 7. The rate for a single or a double room is € 37 per person per day, breakfast included. At present, all rooms available have been booked. We will try to get some more rooms, but it is quite an hard task. If anyone who has already reserved a room in this guest house is willing to share his room with somebody else, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

All the hotels and guest houses are at walking distance from the venue of the conference, except for the S. Marta location . This can be reached with a 20-25 minutes walk from the department through a climbing way. For this reason, it is better suited for participants having a car.
